Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 tbsp WV Olive Oil Habanero
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional for balance)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, cut into wedges foe serving
Directions
- Make the marinade in a bowl, whisk together habanero olive oil, lime juice, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
- Cost the shrimp. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate 10-15 minutes
- Heat the grill. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Grill the shrimp. thread shrimp onto skewers and grill 2-3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
- Finish and serve. Brush a little extra habanero olive oil and serve with lie wedges.
