Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp WV Olive Oil Habanero
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional for balance)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges foe serving

Directions

  1. Make the marinade in a bowl, whisk together habanero olive oil, lime juice, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
  2. Cost the shrimp. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate 10-15 minutes
  3. Heat the grill. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
  4. Grill the shrimp. thread shrimp onto skewers and grill 2-3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
  5. Finish and serve. Brush a little extra habanero olive oil and serve with lie wedges.
