Ingredients:
- 1 cup WV Olive Oil Infused Blood Orange
- 1 tsp Dion mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp WVOO Sherry Vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped challots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparati0n
Whisk together all ingredients, except for olive oil. Slowly add in olive oil, continuing to whisk the mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Note: Refrigerate any leftover vinaigrette in a carafe or sealed container.
