Ingredients:

  • 1 cup WV Olive Oil Infused Blood Orange
  • 1 tsp Dion mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp WVOO Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped challots
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparati0n

Whisk together all ingredients, except for olive oil. Slowly add in olive oil, continuing to whisk the mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Note: Refrigerate any leftover vinaigrette in a carafe or sealed container.
