Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup WVOO Picual Olive Oil EVOO
  • 1 large baguette bread
  • 1/4 cup WVOO Oregano Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler
  2. Slice up baguette at a slight angle, making pieces of bread that are about 1 inch thick
  3. Place bread on a large baking sheet
  4. Brush the tops of the bread with the olive oil (or drizzle the oil if you have a narrow spout on your olive oil)
  5. Take out of the broiler and carefully flip the bread over and place back under the broiler to brown the other side (another 1-2 minutes)
  6. Once both sides have been browned, take out of the broiler and rub the oiled tops of the bread with the garlic
  7. then pour a tablespoon of salt in your hand and take a pinch out with your fingers and sprinkle over your bread
  8. Keep doing this until all of the bread has been lightly salted
