Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Marinated Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 TB WVOO Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
  • 1 TB honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the sliced strawberries with the balsamic and honey.sugar (if using)
  2. Toss to coat the strawberries evenly
  3. Let marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator
  4. Serve over ice cream, yogurt, or with a slice of pound cake!
