Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Ingredient for  Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp WVOO Strawberry Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp WVOO roasted Almond Oil
  • 2 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp L.F. Sour Cream

Directions
Wash and place the greens in a large salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except strawberries, and blend well.Drizzle dressing over the greens and toss,. Sprinkle strawberries over salad and serve.

Additionally you can add crumbles of bleu cheese or feta cheese. Enjoy!
