Ingredients

  • 5-06 oz. mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberry-jalapeño jam
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place greens, feta cheese pecans and strawberries in a large salad bowl.
  2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together jam, mustard, and WVOO Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while constantly whisking
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  5. Add dressing to salad and gently toss with tongs until greens are coated
  6. Serve immediately If you’re planning to have leftovers, dress only the amount of salad you’ll need.
