Ingredients

  • 2 cups EVOO Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries coarsely chopped and steeped in a sugar syrup
  • 8 cups chilled sparking water

Directions

  1. In a one liter Mason jar or container ad the fresh botanical ingredients
  2. Pour the balsamic over the fruit and allow to “infuse” for at least one hour or up to four hours under refrigeration
  3. The longer it sits, the ore pronounced the flavor of the fruit infused drinking vinegar (shrub)
  4. Strain and keep refrigerated and tightly covered for up to one month
  5. To serve, add 1-2 tablespoons of infused drinking vinegar (shrub) depending on yur preference for sweetness to 8oz of chilled sparkling water
  6. Serve over ice, if desires

Makes between 16-32 servings, depending on the amount added to water or cocktails
