Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak trimmed
- 2 tbsp. WVOO Fused Smoked Dried Chaabani Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. WVOO Espresso Dark Balsamic
- 2 tbsp. WVOO Habanero Pepper Sea Salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat
- ‘Whisk together the WVOO Chaabani Olive Oil and WVOO Espresso Dark Balsamic
- Pour mixture over flank steak and rub on all sides
- Sprinkle WVOO Habanero Pepper Sea Salt over the top and rub it in
- Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side, or until the desired temperature is reached
- Let is rest for 10 minutes. Slice the steak diagonally across the grain
