Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. WVOO Fused Smoked Dried Chaabani Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. WVOO Espresso Dark Balsamic
  • 2 tbsp. WVOO Habanero Pepper Sea Salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat
  • ‘Whisk together the WVOO Chaabani Olive Oil and WVOO Espresso Dark Balsamic
  • Pour mixture over flank steak and rub on all sides
  • Sprinkle WVOO Habanero Pepper Sea Salt over the top and rub it in
  • Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side, or until the desired temperature is reached
  • Let is rest for 10 minutes. Slice the steak diagonally across the grain
