Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup WVOO Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp WVOO Thyme Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk together WVOO Rosemary Olive Oil, WVOO Thyme Olive Oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme. and salt until all ingredients are evenly dispersed
- Marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours (overnight is best)
- Preheat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
- Place chicken breasts onto prepared baking sheet and spoon any extra marinade over chicken
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit
Note:
- Dried thyme and rosemary may be used instead of fresh,; use about 1/3 of the amount
- Chicken thighs, tenders, etc. may be used instead of breasts, if desired
