Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, peeled and chopped into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp WVOO Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • t tbsp WVOO Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat skilled on medium-low heat
  2. Peel and chop apples, then toss with cinnamon
  3. Add to skillet and let caramelize for a full 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Once soft and caramelizes, add balsamic and stir
  5. Serve hot with ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, or as a side dish
  6. Enjoy!
