Ingredients
- 4 large apples, peeled and chopped into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp WVOO Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- t tbsp WVOO Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
- Heat skilled on medium-low heat
- Peel and chop apples, then toss with cinnamon
- Add to skillet and let caramelize for a full 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Once soft and caramelizes, add balsamic and stir
- Serve hot with ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, or as a side dish
