Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons WVOO Mani Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450˚F
  2. In a bowl toss the carrot sticks with Mani Orange Olive Oil, honey, cumin, salt and pepper
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and sligjhtly caramelized
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
