Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons WVOO Mani Orange Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450˚F
- In a bowl toss the carrot sticks with Mani Orange Olive Oil, honey, cumin, salt and pepper
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and sligjhtly caramelized
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
