Lemongrass Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup WVOO Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Pat shrimp dry ajd place in bowl or zip bag
  2. Add balsamic, oil, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt
  3. Toss to coat evenly
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator fore 20-30 minutes (not longer or shrimp can soften)
  5. Thread onto skewers or cook directly in a pan
  6. Grill or sauté 2-3 m,inutes per side util pink and slightly charred
  7. Optional: Finisj with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime

Pro Tip: Brush extra marinade on during the last minute fore huge flavor!
