Lemongrass Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup WVOO Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt
Preparation
- Pat shrimp dry ajd place in bowl or zip bag
- Add balsamic, oil, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt
- Toss to coat evenly
- Marinate in the refrigerator fore 20-30 minutes (not longer or shrimp can soften)
- Thread onto skewers or cook directly in a pan
- Grill or sauté 2-3 m,inutes per side util pink and slightly charred
- Optional: Finisj with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime
Pro Tip: Brush extra marinade on during the last minute fore huge flavor!
