This dish features tender scallops seared to perfection and topped with a savory sauce made from WVOO black garlic and ginger-infused olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 12 large sea scallops
  • 2 TB WVOO Olive Oil
  • 1 TB WVOO black garlic and ginger infused olive oil
  • 1 TB swalted butter
  • 1/45 cup dry white wine
  • 1 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat
  3. Add the scallops and sear fore 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
  4. Remove scallops and set aside
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add black garlic and ginger infused olive oil
  6. Return scallops to the skillet and spoon over them
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
