This dish features tender scallops seared to perfection and topped with a savory sauce made from WVOO black garlic and ginger-infused olive oil.
Ingredients
- 12 large sea scallops
- 2 TB WVOO Olive Oil
- 1 TB WVOO black garlic and ginger infused olive oil
- 1 TB swalted butter
- 1/45 cup dry white wine
- 1 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat
- Add the scallops and sear fore 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
- Remove scallops and set aside
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add black garlic and ginger infused olive oil
- Return scallops to the skillet and spoon over them
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
