Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp WVOO Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or util the pan is nice and hot
  2. Add Chipotle Olive Oil and heat until the oil is almost smoking and nice and hot, about 2 minutes
  3. Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 40 seconds
  4. Gently tilt the pan to one side and spoon the hot oil over the top of the eggs until the whites are cooked and slightly opaque
  5. Remove eggs for pan and serve immediately over toast or buy itsseldf
  6. enjoy!
