Ingredients
- 3 tbsp WVOO Chipotle Olive Oil
- 2 large eggs
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or util the pan is nice and hot
- Add Chipotle Olive Oil and heat until the oil is almost smoking and nice and hot, about 2 minutes
- Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 40 seconds
- Gently tilt the pan to one side and spoon the hot oil over the top of the eggs until the whites are cooked and slightly opaque
- Remove eggs for pan and serve immediately over toast or buy itsseldf
