Cancellation Policy

We consider seats in a cooking class much like tickets to the theater. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. The logistics are critical, however. We must purchase, staff and prep food and other provisions specifically for the students in the class; as a result, we require full payment for class at the time of registration. 

You may cancel your registration with No Charge before 11:59PM local time on Jan 14, 2026 (7 days) before class. If for any reason you cancel after this deadline, payment will be forfeited, UNLESS another student takes your spot. We are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for no-shows, last-minute illnesses, quarantines, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, because we understand these things do happen.

Sometimes a class may be cancelled based on low enrollment, a rare occurrence. In case it does happen you will be contacted in advance and reimbursed. If class is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will post notice on Facebook as well as attempt to email or call you.  Always call if in doubt!  If class is cancelled due to weather, a reschedule date will be available, if you are unable to make the reschedule date, we will issue you a refund.
